A Bird Owner Illustrates 30 Parrot Inspired Comics

Sarah, a 25-year-old Texan, supposes that she can see her pets’ point of view. She uses the talent to write comics dedicated to them.

They are two birds. A tiny parrotlet called Blue Boy, and a cockatiel called Chicken. The storyline is in Chicken’s perceptions.

The comic strip is inspired by factual bird tendencies that Sarah recalls. She likes her comic birds being googly-eyed. Memes and comedy influence her works.

Sarah owns another parrotlet called White, who is rarely featured in the series.

At first she made a random post, then after creating a Facebook page, the content became based on the bird she owned. Her birds are always with her and her boyfriend Preening.
